Learning Skateboard Tricks – Learn how to land tricks such as kickflips and heelflips in a matter of months, even if you’ve never even been near a skateboard before.
It all came down to a bet with my friend who is also a skateboarder. I was watching him skateboard one day and laughed at him for falling off. He came over and starting saying that it wasn’t as easy as it looked. He bet me that I couldn’t even stand on a skateboard, let alone land any tricks. So I stood up ready to prove him wrong, I put both feet on the board and instantly fell over.
The following week he asked me if I wanted to come skateboarding and that he had a new board, which meant I could have his old one. After about two hours I finally moved along with both feet on the board, I was so proud. From that day I realised that I wanted to skate and would spend all my time learning skateboard tricks.
My friend was right, it wasn’t easy as it looked, it was a lot harder. Still I pushed on and was so proud when I thought I had learnt to ollie, although looking back now, I realised the board never really even left the ground.
Determined to move forward I starting looking online for skateboarding advice. I ended up finding a site and found a guide that looked perfect. So I decided to Download Secrets of Skateboarding. I’m so happy now I can actually skateboard. I learnt to properly ollie the following day, within a week I was landing my first flips. It’s now been a couple of months and I can’t believe how much I have improved, even my friend says he can’t believe how quickly I have picked it up. I told him about the guide and he looked at me like I was weird, until he started reading it, his skating was good before, but now he just blows everyone in the park away.
Also it was perfect because my friend wanted to build a skate ramp, but had no idea. Now we have skate ramp guides that came with Secrets of Skateboarding. So we are all ready to build some ramps.
I still have lots to learn, but honestly can’t believe how much this guide has taught me about skateboarding.
