I bought Shaun White snowboarding at gamestop, it was a target one so it said I got a spiecal mountain…?

I don’t really know how to get to it or if Gamestop even disabled it? Can someone help please.

   Did you buy it used? If its a used copy then someone probably already used the code and your out of luck.

   It probably gave you an XBox Live Code which in most cases is already used or isn’t in the box.

   It was a used one so the previous owner already redeemed the code.
