well the first time i droped in i fucking face planted to the maximum cuz people kept telling me to lean forward and lean forward and shit.
Thumbs up if u didn’t lean back on your first go. Ill get no thumbs up lol.
Wow!! You wouldn’t want to do that without a helmet. I’m one who fears dropping in from heights, but videos like these will help conquer that fear. I’ll just get padded up well lol.
coming from someone who feared and feared dropping in on a vert ramp. . . let me tell you. . . it’s easy. practice dropping in on high quarters, deep ends of pools (transitions that usually aren’t as tall as vert ramps but close to it) BEND YOUR KNEES. . i see too many ppl trying to drop in vert on youtube vids and they end up standing up half way through the maneuver. bend your knees and absorb the transition. . dont be a dummy and stand up completely. piece of cake
I guess Tony Hawk is too good in vert skating. . . he’s not thinking anymore whle dropping in.
If you do, what he’s telling you – lean forward – you’ll fail. That only works on miniramps. Try leaning not as much forward as you think would be good. If you bail due to leaning too far back, it won’t hurt. . . . leaning too far forward, it WILL!
