How do i unlock East L.A. on Tony Hawk American Wasteland without playing story mode?

Is there any way to unlock east la on Tony hawk’s american wastland without playing story? Ive beaten the story already and dont feel like beating it again but i created a new account to start fresh like a new profile and want to play xbox live on east la… I have an Xbox 360… Any help?

   There is no way to do it without beating story mode.
