How come Skate 1 and Skate 2 don’t have skaters like Tony Hawk, Bam, Mike V?

Why do they have so many unknown skaters. Where are all the skaters we know from the Tony Hawks Series like Tony Hawk, Bam Margera, Bob Burnquist, Mike Vallely, Chad Muska?

   Skate is tottally diffrent from Tony hawks franchise. Its like the two comics Marvel and DC, or Creator Capcom and Atari. Its compition, imagine mixing a Red Sox player with a Yankee player (Baseball) its all out anger to each other.

   No Tony Hawk because he has his own game. It would be counter-productive to star in a game that is much better than his own game. If the Skate series ended up being a terrible game, it would ruin Tony Hawk’s name.

   The other skaters probably signed a contract with Activision so they cannot appear on another video game.

   because it would be copyright, tony hawk has all bam bob mike chad and well skate 2 didnt want to seem like copycats so they made theirs better with more diverse characters like rob dyrdek and big and i think meaty.
