Should I Start Skateboarding Again?
Saturday, May 14th, 20112 Years ago i bought a shitty walmart skateboard and hated it. It made me never want to skate again because if I stopped pedaling (Or whatever u call it) My board would stop. I couldn’t even turn! If I get a good board from a skate shop will it be different? I’ll probably get it from bc surf and sport. any suggestions on what to get and if it will be different?
Im a beginner and have no experience but i want a board that i can actually use! what price range should i look for?

Friday, May 13th, 2011I am looking for a longboard skateboard that i can utilize to get from class to class in college. i have no idea how to shop for them. but i need one that can smooth perfectly over sidewalks and rough black top because my skateboard isn’t cutting it.
please help i have a $90-$130 dollar limit. and i need the best wheels and board for my price range. however any suggestion will work. i just need the best one

My mom doesn’t give me money so it takes a while for me to get 20 bucks.
I don’t want one from walmart, everyone says they’re crappy.
I found one from Toys R Us for 20, the appearance isn’t so flattering but… it’s cheap. Do you think it’s good?

Thursday, May 12th, 2011Ok so I had trouble with one of my bearings(they slowed really fast!) so i went to the skate shop and they put some “speed cream” on my messed up bearing and it rolled pretty well. BUT when i got home i had the same problem AGAIN.
i’m guessing that the answer is yea but just to be sure:

Thursday, May 12th, 2011I have never skateboarded before but I’ve been checking it out and am very interested. My local skate shop has complete blanks for 65$, I wouldn’t want to spend too much more than that starting out and don’t care too much if it has graphics or not. I’m 5′9″, wear size 12 shoes, I’m 21 and in college, and will be doing mostly street skating and learning to do tricks. What would you recommend? Thanks.

Tuesday, May 10th, 2011I saw this commercial for a local skate shop (San Angelo, Texas) and it had a song in the background with one of the dopest beats in the history of my life. The only lyrics I could get out of the song were “nowadays it makes a lot of sense to ride on a skateboard.” and then something about the reason being that gas prices are so high.
