Women have been skateboarding since the first skateboards were built over 50 years ago, yet people are still surprised when they see a girl on a board. This film shows skateboarding’s evolution through girls’ eyes. This is only a trailer. We have an unfinished 90 minute version. We are looking for partners to help us finish this film.

I must have missed all this, all I got was Carabeth Burnside back in the day that I remember in the magazines- which didn’t really work very well because I didn’t skate vert. Great to see such footage, and all in one place. Good luck in getting it produced.
You don’t need money to release this project on DVD. My “Learn To Ride A Skateboard” DVD project is available through Lulu and didn’t cost me a dime. You should release this movie that way. I’d buy a copy!

And as far as them being ugly, Lauren Perkins, Abisha Alshebaiki, LinZ Adams Hawkins, Tamara Drybough, etc. are a lot better-lookin than any chick you’d have a chance with. Oh, and I’m a guy, if you’re wondering.
